Sponsor an Event or Activity

Fund an Activity

Help cover agreed expenses such as food, supplies, or entertainment while the Wonderland team coordinates and operates the activity.

Provide an Activity

Bring the supplies and people to deliver an agreed activity. Your group can take responsibility for preparation, serving or staffing, and cleanup.

Partner with another group to make an activity happen. One organization might provide funding or supplies while another provides the volunteers.

What Could Your Group Make Possible?

A pancake breakfast sponsorship, for example, could include purchasing food, cooking, serving families, and cleaning up. Other partnerships might support children’s activities, holiday entertainment, or decorations.

Sponsor a Tree or Gift Basket

Create a holiday prize someone will be thrilled to take home. Businesses, clubs, units, families, and individuals are invited to contribute a decorated tree or themed gift basket filled with gifts and surprises.

Bring Your Theme to Life

Choose a theme that reflects your organization or something you love. Think family game night, cooking, tools, sports, local favorites, or a classic Christmas celebration.

Contact us before purchasing or assembling your display. We’ll explain participation requirements, available space, deadlines, and recognition for your contribution.

During Wonderland, visitors purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win their favorite displays. Kosair coordinates the drawings, winner notification, and prize pickup.

How It Works

From your first idea to event week, we’ll work with you to make your participation clear and manageable.

    Tell us how you would like to participate. Choose a sponsorship opportunity or bring us an idea of your own.

  2. Confirm the Details

    Together, we’ll confirm availability, your contribution, sponsor recognition, responsibilities, and deadlines before you commit.

  3. Get Ready

    Provide your display name and any requested artwork. We’ll coordinate payment, delivery, setup, or activity arrangements based on your sponsorship.

  4. Join the Celebration

    Be part of Wonderland, November 15–21, 2026. Invite your employees, friends, and family to enjoy the holiday experience you helped make possible.
