- Drawing will begin on 4/11/2026 at 5:00 PM at the Kosair Shrine Center 4120 Bardstown Road, Louisville Ky. 40218. Need not be present to win.

- Odds of winning based on number of tickets sold

- Winner notification: Via Phone/Email; claim instructions provided; valid ID required
- Claim Deadline: 30 Days from notification; unclaimed prizes handled in accordance with Ky Charitable Gaming Regulations
